Review of Girl Fight

The moment has come for a new fighter to emerge, but is it the right game we were looking forward too? This particular title coming from Kung Fu Factory features an all-female cast is a very harsh situation, which is now available in the PlayStation Store and Xbox Live Arcade. Here is the thing and I will be honest with you right now that Girl Fight has only one quality that I am enjoying and that was the effort of a decent fighting mechanics, but everything else kind of plummets for me. This is the first time I am stumped on how to write a review on a title such as this, but here we go anyway. (more…)...

Counter Strike: Global Offensive Review

Good Day y’all, first and foremost let me introduce myself, I am Kimchee X. I will be reviewing the first person shooter Counter Strike: Global Offensive. I know this game came out back in August but I did not get a chance to play until recently, so get off my back. Onto the review, first I have to say I am writing this review without any bias from outside sources, i.e. reviews from players or other sources that have reviewed this game. The only bias I have are my own experience I have had from Counter Strike 1.5 days. (more…)...

The Original Assassin Makes A Comeback In This Preview of Strider

The ultimate ninja returns for current and next gen consoles in Strider which will be a direct download that will rock your home. The last time we were graced with this classic ninja was only in the Marvel vs. Capcom series, but thankfully Capcom has decided to beef up the graphics a bit, while keeping to the classic side scroll game-play that we all love. I believe the new generation of players will be fascinated with exploring the city and beyond, gaining new abilities, as well as new items that will help you through the massive and deadly metropolis of Kazakh City. MLB: The Job 2013 Serf’s Thoughts on the Sports Game Industry

mlb-13-the-show-walkthrough Baseball is a game that I love. I can’t tell you what my first experience with it was (cause my memory is shot), but my house was full of Yankee fans, yet my Dad was kind of a closet Met fan. Imagine how happy I was when by age 12, when I acquired my first game console (the infamous 8-bit Nintendo) and a game called RBI Baseball. Yeah, I know…Bases Loaded was the game to have but RBI was sweet nectar in comparison. Fast forward to the present and the latest, greatest Baseball game - Sony’s MLB: The Show franchise. The game has not only been the best possible sports simulator, but it has ousted other franchises. Not something that can be easily...

KKEnt’s Preview of TMNT Out of the Shadows Raphael Showcase

I swear the more I get information about the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows direct download game; the more I get shell shocked. This time around we get a look at the fiercer of the green machine, my favorite character of the series Raphael. I have related to Raph for many years and the first time I saw the live action TMNT movie in 1990, I was for a better form of emotion "Shell Shocked". I say this now, when TMNT: Out of the Shadows releases; Raph is all mines to use in this title. In that being said please enjoy the video to see why I claimed to be Raphael! (more…)...

KKEnt’s Preview of TMNT Out of the Shadows Mikey Trailer and Thoughts

It's Turtle Power at its finest and as the time passes with more reveal trailers coming to light, I am very interested in this new TMNT title that seems to have a more adult graphic attitude for the franchise. The tripped out part of this trailer showcasing the goofy Michelangelo and his swift moves with the nunchaku, is the fact that they look like the movie concepts that were showcased a few years back. The funny part is that with all the TMNT hype and arguments going around; the series still remains strong. So without further delay lets get out of the shadows! (more…)...
