Hey what is up fight fans? Welcome to this Tekken update where today Namco Bandai Games has announced World Tekken Federation, the premium online service for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will be free for all when the game launches September 11th. It will be available for both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 for everyone and that is a pretty darn good thing to offer for the fans. If you don't know about the service well it grants players a chance to interact in a social community to personally track statistics against the world. Create/manage teams with your friends, compete in online events as well as discuss strategies with a level of unparalleled detail in the fighting game genre. I mean think about it;...

Honorable Mention: Female Gamer of the Month KikeeHomicide

This month I have chosen a female to showcase for gamer of the month since she has shown a great deal of interest in the genre of the fighting world as well as trying to become a competitive fighter herself. I had an interesting chat with this young lady getting a deeper look into this gamers life and when she realized she was born to be a gamer. This is her interesting story as I go on my summer quest finding underground players that should be talked about as their gaming spirit is very strong. In a way I feel like a professor X looking for those...

Kuma’s Update: Marvel Vs. Capcom Origins Release Date

I am pleased to share this information of the release date on Marvel Vs. Capcom Origins coming to Xbox Live and PlayStation Network September 25th. The price will be $14.99 on PSN and 1200 points on Xbox Marketplace, which is not too bad at all. The games that will be showcased are Marvel Superheroes and Marvel Vs. Capcom, but I am not going to be picky to me it started on the Sega Saturn with X-men Children of the Atom and of course X-men vs. Street Fighter which if people remembered for the PS One didn't allow you to change characters unless it was the import version. I like that there is a Marvel vs. Capcom Origins coming out, but I really want...

Kuma’s Update: Skyrim Hearthfire DLC Trailer and Factsheet

The new Hearthfire DLC expands the Skyrim world even more by granting you option to purchase your own land and build up your own home from a simple cottage to a huge compound. It is like being your own interior decorator in Skyrim which you can have a fully customized area with armory, alchemy laboratory, stable, garden, and more. I feel like a real estate agent talking about all this glory in Skyrim, but it will definitely expand the universe even more and give you a lot more reasons to grind. I honestly have not completed the main story mode at all, because I want to grind as much as possible and since all this DLC is announced; it pretty much...

Kuma’s Review of Dead Space: Catalyst ::Spoiler Free::

I know it is asking a lot for some of you gamers to move away from video games and check out some literature of said game. I have read many video game novels based on Halo series which was introduce to me by my co-worker at the time Serf and from there I moved on to the Gears of War and many others. The DeadSpace series has come to book and digital download forms as well. To my surprise I received an early release copy of DeadSpace: Catalyst which will be released October 12th of this year. The one thing I love about literature vs. video games is the immense detail that forces your imagination to put you into the world of said character. I know that also happens in video games, but the characters...

Kuma’s Review of Premium Rush

I am a born New York resident and still living there. This city has molded me with all the unique cultures out there especially the crew of bike messengers. It has been a while since I have seen a movie that shows the more urban side since "QuickSilver" back in the late 80's. The story is set around Wiley and his famous Fixie bike with no breaks to race against a dirty cop and delivering a package that can save another person’s life. The tricky part is dealing not only the clock, but it seems that the whole city of New York is against him as well. The cool part is Wiley only knows about going fast and never hitting the breaks, but he doesn't have any so it doesn't matter. Activate...
