Raspberry Chocolae Swirl Cheese Cake Instructions:
- 14 chocolate sandwich cookies
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 package 8ounce cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup of seedless raspberry jam
- Mint Leaves , Raspberries and chocolate drizzle (optional)
